to ordering online:
Once you have selected your item or items from the
Online store you will see your item/s appear in your "shopping cart".
Prices at this stage will show the amount excluding
V.A.T. and also the amount including V.A.T. This will be added at the current
rate of 17.5%.
You will then be asked to submit the order where your address and delivery
information should be entered.
You will now be presented with a confirmation page which will display your
total order details including any delivery costs if any occur. If all the details
are correct please press the "Yes. Send Order" button.
You will now see a PayPal logo which you can click on to pay with an existing
PayPal account.. Please remember that if you do not have a PayPal account you
can set one up within a few easy steps.
If you have checked the "Please e-mail me a copy of my order form" button
you will receive a copy of your order.
If at any time you would like to correct or change any details of your order
or alter quantities or delivery details please either E-mail us
or Telephone us 01933 411999 as
soon as possible.

Returns policy:
If for any reason, a purchase proves unsatisfactory within 14 days of purchase,
then the item/s can be returned at the purchasers expense for a full refund.

your reason for returning the item. Upon receipt of the complete item a full
